Our room was spacious and nicely decorated with both a shower and a comfortable couch, exactly what we were looking for. The hotel is conveniently located, providing good value in a highly competitive area.

Our room was reasonably spacious and huge and had a seating area, a writing desk, and an iron and ironing board. The staff was accommodating, and the service was good! The location was marvellous for first time visitors to Fort Montgomery.

The rooms are immaculately clean and huge. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The wake-up service is great. There is a large private bathroom. The location is marvelous, being next to West Point, Woodbury Common, and the river.

Great king suite with jacuzzi tub. Friendly and accommodating staff. Round the clock coffee in lobby. Phenomenal breakfast choices. Lovely atmosphere, mostly families. Will stay again and highly recommend!

This place is located near Fort Montgomery, West Point Academy, and the beautiful Hudson Valley, with friendly staff and good food options.

Bed was too soft for my tastes. Had back ache in the mornings. Otherwise the room was very nice and clean.

Disappointed that desk clerk at check in was not more helpful about locating restaurants in the area. Did an Internet search to find eating places. Person in breakfast area was very helpful about food available for my dietary restrictions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was excellent, providing us with helpful information about the area and sightseeing options. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, with a large, easy-to-use television and adequate plugs next to the bed. The location in the mountains was beautiful and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast provided was fantastic and included in the room rate, adding extra value to our stay.

I was very appreciative of the information packet and flyers posted to the patrons for events that were happening in the area.

I understand that the prices are increased due to area events but I also realized that there are some place that were a bit more reasonable.
